Your personal data is important. This privacy policy sets out how SWB Creative Ltd uses any information that you may give me via this website or over email while working together on a project.

What personal data do you collect?

SWB Creative may collect some or all of the following personal data:

  • Account details required to complete work. e.g. to configure your web hosting or domain name.

SWB Creative must always have a lawful basis for using personal data. This may be because the data is necessary for the performance of a contract with you, because you have consented to my use of your personal data, or because it is in my legitimate business interests to use it. Your personal data will be used for the following purposes:

  • Providing and managing business or services between our organisations, including between contractors.
  • Communicating with you. This may include responding to emails or calls from you and sending you updates about SWB Creative or articles of interest.

Sharing personal data with third parties.

In order to provide you with some services, such as printing, I work with third parties with whom I may share personal data, such as contact and billing information, required to support these services. I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless SWB Creative is required by law to do so.

The security of your data is important, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While I strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, SWB Creative cannot guarantee its absolute security.

How Can I Access My Personal Data?

If you want to know what personal data SWB Creative has about you, you can ask for details of that personal data and for a copy of it (where any such personal data is held). This is known as a “subject access request”. On request I will advise you precisely what we hold. I will respond to your subject access request within 7 days.
